  1. Selling 2 Piggyback Seats is Needed

    Please allow sellers to sell 2 piggyback seats. Please understand that most season ticket holders want to just attend their games and if they can't, just sell their tickets for the value that they paid them for. If you force sellers to sell their two piggyback tickets individually, there is a risk that only one ticket will be sold, leaving the remaining seat left vacant.       This is a complaint about your website, which I feel is designed to incur unexpected fees for your customers. The tickets I was selling have clearly printed on them OBSTRUCTED VIEW. In order to sell them, I uploaded the PDF of the tickets as instructed. I had no way of knowing I also needed to click the "disclosures" button, to then see a list of previously-hidden "disclosure" options, to then click "obstructed view." Nothing on the upload page indicated that this was even an option, and the word "disclosures" does not readily translate into "obstructed view."

        • Search Logic for concerts/shows doesn't list all venues in local area

          I noticed that there has been a recent change to the search logic when entering the name of an event in the search bar "events, artists, teams, venues" which in my opinion is not beneficial to buyers and sellers.

          When searching for a show/concert, only the venue in the closest city is listed, versus all venues in a geographical area. For example, although we live a few miles closer to SF, the same concert/show appearing in San Jose, North Bay or other NCAL cities won't be displayed.             Every time I log into Stubhub from my home computer I have to get a verification code emailed to me. (I can't use the text because the phone number I have on my account is a land line and I want it to stay that way. I asked about adding a cell phone as a second number but can't) Most businesses have you check a box if it is a trusted computer and you only have to get the verification code once or at least once every few months.               Hi,
              I am furious over Stub hub not taking responsibility for not delivering tickets on their end and therefore not guaranteeing me the sale for game Order#218417496 . This order along with ORDER #218422169 was filled on 9/14, I responded immediately the same evening after receiving an email stating I needed to deliver the tickets and action was needed. 2 people assured me the evening of the 14th I don't need to do anything, stubhub does it since my flash seats account is now linked to stub hub.                 • Need a flag/check box for Colorado State Football Tickets with New Belgium Porch Pass

                  Are you guys going to set up a flag or catagory for VIP areas for Colorado State football home games?
                  The New Belgium Porch is a hot hot ticket and it would be very helpful if there was a check box for this!

                  The New Belgium Porch passes are connected to the actual tickets and have a red band on them that mark them as a pass.

                  Seems like you could add this to 'Ticket Features' list.

                    WOW - never saw a site limit the # of feedback items a person can give or vote on.
                    I can provide 15 items of feedback in this section and 9 in another. And, they say I don't get my vote back until an issue is closed,

                    Yep - never close any issues and you can stop feedback.

                      I am a SF Giants Season Ticket holder, and sell many games/year on your site. It would MOST helpful for we sellers to save our seat preferences and descriptions for future sales. It is tedious, and a waste of time to continue to choose the same options in the drop down menu over and over again, when selling.

                      Your offer pre-loaded preferences, but they are not helpful, or correct for my seats. Why can’t we have a “save “ option, as you already have?
                      I just want to customize it…. And one click it to set up…

                        • Refund customers retail price for tickets if the site has an error and deletes their posting without any record of it being posted.

                          My listing was deleted and showed no record of being listed besides the original email I received. I lost 2 weeks of listing time and now have to short sale my tickets. This was all due to stubhubs website. My other listings along with this one were fine so I had no reason to double check. They should refund at retail price since we trust them to list our tickets reliably.

                            For 5 years I have always clicked "get more pricing infomation" and received a screen that allowed me to search seller prices by section throughout Wrigley Field. Last evening I started receiving a message that the screen did not exist-message says "https://sell.undefined.com"

                            Has a change been made or is there a technical issue? When and how would I have been notified that this change was being implemented?                               I am in Chicago on an out-of-town trip. I planned on purchasing tickets to the Cubs/Cardinals game once the game started as people would lower their prices in hopes of getting rid of their tickets. As it turns out, tickets are unavailable once the game starts. This makes no sense whatsoever.

                                My season tickets are in the FRONT ROW in a brand new seating section at Wrigley Field (BPN Box 4--Bullpen Box 4). The "Value Bar" will not increase over one bar no matter how I price my tickets. I brought this to Stubhub's attention over two months ago, and you have acknowledged that the algorithm was never loaded into this new seating area, and that you would notify your technical team.                                   We purchased tickets to Hamilton in San Francisco for the 2:00 PM show...the tickets mailed were for the 8:00 PM show. We were traveling to San Francisco especially for the show and to go to a Giant's baseball game...Hamilton in the afternoon, baseball at night, so the 8:00 PM tickets do not work for us.                                     I really think that you need to revisit some of your analytic evaluations for theater tickets.....Side seats in Row A are NOT desirable seats...Seats on the side aisle in orchestra Row H or J are much better. If you are not five years old, sitting that close is not a "good' seat.....Please try to be fairer and more sophisticated in your "value" of seats!

                                    • Why can't a prospective buyer make an offer?

                                      It would seem so logical on this site to allow prospective buyers make an offer to buy tickets rather than just assuming a seller's price is the only price they would accept. As you get closer and closer to an event a seller's chance to make a sale starts to diminishes then they can be stuck with unsold tickets (rather make a sale even below cost/offering price than no sale at all close to an event). I'd rather hear a buyer's offer than have to be forced and cemented to a "posted" price. A seller's price should be an "Offering…

                                        Love your site. It's only gone from good to great over the years. I have two suggestions/questions:

                                        1. I'm a Dodgers season ticket holder, and I sometimes sell tickets through you guys (like maybe 3-4 games a year, I'm totally small potatoes). When I do, I create the listing through the MLB site... and doing that automatically includes my pre-paid parking, which is great.

                                        But... when you do a search for a game and pick a section, one of the ways you can sort those tickets is by "best value." And in your formula for best value, you completely ignore…

                                        • The opportunity to repost tickets upon dispute

                                          When a buyer claims a wrong ticket was posted, the seller is not notified until after the claim has been settled between the buyer and StubHub. If the buyer wants their money back, the seller gets a penalty of 40% the sell price. The seller has no opportunity to dispute, repost a ticket, or even view the posted ticket because the cancelled transaction will not show the posted ticket. The seller should be given a grace period to rectify a dispute.
